Hi, I’m Charlotte — a qualified Nutritional Therapist and mum of three, passionate about helping others find clarity, confidence, and vitality through food and lifestyle choices that truly support them.
For much of my early adult life, I believed I was invincible. Through my university years and well into my 20s, I was focused on building my career — working hard as a lawyer but also playing just as hard. Long hours, high stress, little sleep, and convenience food became my normal. I thought I was doing fine — I was young, busy, and had plenty of time to “sort out” my health later.
But as I moved into my 30s and became a mum to two beautiful children, something shifted. I started to notice that my energy, mood, and overall wellbeing weren’t what they used to be. For the first time, I began thinking seriously about my health — not from a place of wanting to look a certain way or following the next diet trend, but from a deeper desire to feel my best and be the best version of myself for my family.
It was also during this time that I realised I had unknowingly developed an unhealthy relationship with food and my body. Like many, I was caught between conflicting messages about what “healthy” really meant. The more I tried to understand, the more confusing it became — so I decided to take a different path.
I went back to university to study Nutritional Therapy, determined to learn the truth about how nutrition and lifestyle influence our health and wellbeing. Fast forward five years (and another child later!), that decision completely transformed not only my health but my perspective on life. Now, my mission is to help others find their own path to wellness — guiding them to build a balanced and sustainable approach to nutrition that works for them.
Let's get this conversation started. Tell me a bit about yourself, and I'll get in touch as soon as I can.
